Konoha in civil war! Currently, due to the problems posed by the recent leadership of the Hokage as the acting Hokage, and him relieving the prior from her office as a Hokage hasn't done much to quell the unrest rising up from the rest of the Shinobi working in Konoha. A great schism opens up as many ninjas question their place in which side of the civil war they should take. Be it the recently reawakened The former Hokage(Now known as the Feudal Lord)'s side, or the despotic Hokages's side. Just as the civil war took place, Snake's search would be suspended, as some shinobi, whom he felt abandoned, decide to leave Konoha to pursue Snake. As such, they have been labeled as missing nin by The Hokage and will be hunted by the ninja world for it.
Meanwhile, in the other major military villages, they are all contemplating on taking advantage of the chaos within Konoha by expanding their territories, but at the risk of invoking the wrath of the sand village under the Kazekages skillful leadership, in which they fight to protect Konoha but choosing not to participate in the civil war. Fending off all invaders but in the process, exhausting the spread of their soldiers, leaving their territories largely undefended, and open to an attack from the Sound ninjas under the leadership, who has taken control of the village after the vanishing of Orochimaru.
The other Bijuu's, having been sought not only by the Neo-Akatsuki, but now by other villages more than ever, all have a scramble for them. As such, those belonging to villages are heavily guarded in order to preserve their safety from the likes of Neo-Akatsuki and kidnappers planning to seize the opportunity in order to reap the rewards. All of the Ninja world's fate rests in YOUR hands. For a little grain of sand may add up to be a surmountable mountain, therefore little deeds may have big consequences. Act wisely.
